Staying at Klein Waterval Rivers Lodge felt like a slice of heaven. The location was stellar, tucked in between stunning vineyards and mountains. The breakfast was delightful, served on the terrace beside a small river, offering a lovely start to each day. I appreciated the inviting honesty bar by the pool—it made relaxing by the water so much more enjoyable. The staff, especially Ezna, showed incredible hospitality, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay. the TV in our Superior King Room was on the smaller side, making it less enjoyable when winding down in the evenings. I felt comfortable and appreciated the clean, well-decorated room, but a few more amenities in terms of fresh milk for the tea would have been nice.

The views from the room are a real treat. looking out at the majestic mountains and serene fields is simply breathtaking. The honesty bar adds a nice touch, making it easy to enjoy a drink by the pool without hassle.
While the room was clean and comfortable, the TV was disappointingly small, and I found myself wishing for a better selection of teas and fresh milk instead of just a few tea bags. The fridge was bare—nothing but a reminder of what could have been. Plus, I encountered a few hiccups with the wifi that interrupted my connectivity during a longer stay.

We had a blast with our friends, enjoying stunning views while sipping wine by the honesty bar. The breakfast spread was solid, and we loved exploring nearby wineries and amazing restaurants suggested by Ezna. The room was cozy and service was top-notch.
While we had a fantastic time overall, the TV in our room was a bit on the small side, which made it hard to enjoy some downtime together.

beautiful place but not perfect
The staff exceeded our expectations, providing warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. The Superior Twin/King Room was impressively spacious, larger than we anticipated and beautifully decorated. Waking up to picturesque mountain and river views was a delight, adding to the ambiance of our stay.
There was noticeable road noise at times, which interrupted the serenity of the environment.

The Superior King Room was really spacious and comfortable. The bed was so beautifully dressed, and the views from the room were stunning! Cleaned every morning, which was nice. Plus, having the same room when we extended our stay was super convenient. Only downside was a bit of road noise from outside, but it didn't really spoil the stay. Would totally come back!

Serene stay with stunning views
During our recent family trip, we found the setting to be absolutely enchanting, with breathtaking views over the vineyards. The host, Ezna, consistently went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed while sharing great local recommendations. The breakfast was a highlight, served on a lovely terrace beside a charming stream. One downside was the occasional noise from nearby dogs, which interrupted the peaceful ambiance at times.
